A papercut with two attempts of background; a gold one and the other on chinese paper and acrylics. I really don't know which is the best. I am obsessed with this background question. I also have this one: how to take a picture to print this kind of object? Scanner and photography are both deteriorating the cutting edge of the black piece. The same drawing in Illustrator would be more precise, yeah right, but the thing is I would lose the pleasure of the "appliqué work".
